The Luxe Stay - Overnight Care Boarding & In-Home

$160/day

For clients booking overnight care, please note the following: This is a 24 hour service. I do step out for short periods of time if I have scheduled walks/drop-ins or to pick up food. This service is charged per night. A fee of $20/hour will be charged if I am needed past 12pm on your arrival day home.

Fees

- Weekend Fees: $15 extra per visit

- Holiday Fees: On holidays, the service fee is subject to time and a half on the day of the holiday. This applies to ALL services. If the holiday falls on a weekend, both fees will be charged.

*Holidays Include: New Year's Eve, Valentine's Day, Presidents Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day.
*Summer Months Include: May- August

Gas Mileage Fees

- If your location is more than 5 miles from my location a gas mileage fee may apply.

- On-Street Parking Fees: If I need to pay for parking during the service because there is no off-street or free parking space provided/available, you agree to compensate me for the parking fees incurred. Receipts will be provided.

Payment and Cancellation Terms:

ALL Bookings during Holidays & Summer months: Full payment is required to secure and lock in dates. It is due within 24 hours of booking, otherwise the dates will not be held. There are no refunds for shortening or cancelling trips during Holidays and Summer Months.

Summer Months Inlcude: May - August

Daycare, Pet Sitting , The Luxe Stay - Bookings NOT during Holidays & Summer Months: A 50% non-refundable and non-transferable deposit is required upon booking confirmation. The second half of payment is due 24 hours before you leave.

Walks & Drop-Ins - Bookings NOT During Holidays & Summer Months: Payment is due at the time of my arrival.

For Walks & Drop-Ins, kindly provide 72+ hours notice. If given between 72-48 hours notice, the client is responsible for 50% of the full walk rate. Failing to give a 48 hour notice, the client is responsible for 100% of the full service rate.

For Daycare, kindly provide 72+ hours notice, and the client will only be responsible for 50% of the full Daycare service. Failing to give 72+ hours notice, the client is responsible for 100% of the full service rate.

For Pet Sitting & Overnight / Boarding Care, kindly provide 14+ days notice, and the client will only be responsible for 50% of the full service rate. Failing to give 14+ days notice, the client is responsible for 100% of the full service rate.

Please respect the agreed-upon dates. Returning home early or departing late will incur charges for the full reserved time.

State of Emergency & Weather-Related Cancellations:

In the event of a declared state of emergency, all scheduled pet services will be automatically canceled for the safety of all parties. Exceptions will be made if the homeowner is away and I am actively providing services, in which case care will continue as needed. Additionally, any services canceled due to severe weather conditions will not incur any charges or fees.
